Entropy is owned and operated by Dr Deborah Latouf. She completed her PhD at the University of Western Australia in the area of gross motor development in children. Following this she was employed by the Australian Institute of Sport for 10 years and developed their talent identification and development program. She then spent five years working firstly for Sport England and then the South African Sports Commission directing their national sports talent programs. More recently she has spent two years heading the Active After-School Communities program of the Australian Sports Commission in North Queensland.

Store manager and staff

The retail store manager is Rebecca Romeo who has a Diploma in child-care. Bec puts her creative talent to good use developing the craft program, and instructs both the pre-school and holiday programs.

The staff at Entropy are passionate about our products and there to help you choose a product that is just right for your child's needs.

We take our products home and test them on our children so we are able to give you first hand feedback on the toy's performance.
