New website, new look!
You may have noticed we are looking a little bit different since you last saw us. We're so excited to offer you a new website that is a little bit more user friendly and easier to navigate! There have been some other changes, like the introduction of our exciting Entropy VIP Club, which we hope you take advantage of. The Elves thought we'd put together a little FAQ for any burning questions you may have - just to make the change a little easier.
1. Will my existing customer account still work?
Yes, all existing accounts will work as per usual.
3. If I already have an account with Entropy, how do I add my children's birthdays for the VIP Club?
Log into your account, then go to 'Account Settings', where you will see the fields you will need to fill out for your children's birthdays.
4. My VIP discount code isn't working, what should I do?
To be able to use your VIP discount on your order, you will need to log into your account.
Please note: If you have previously received a VIP flyer with your order, these do not advise customers to create an account to be able to use their VIP discount code. This has now changed since our new website came into formation - all customers are required to create an account and have to be logged in, in order for the code to work. Apologies for any inconveniences.
5. I have a gift code I haven't spent, will this carry on to the new website?
No, it will have to be re-issued. We will send all active, un-expired gift code holders a new code to use. If it hasn't come through as of yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your account information.
6. Do you still offer free gift-wrapping?
Yes, we do! On elegible items, you will see a Gift Wrap icon.
7. Have shipping charges changed?
Slightly. We still offer $9.95 flat rate Australia wide, but our minimum spend to qualify for free shipping has changed to $125. We had to increase our free delivery threshold, as it had been the same for the past 5 years. For more shipping information, click here.
