Loyalty Rewards Program Instructions

Earning Rewards Credit

For every order over $50 you will automatically receive rewards credit. This credit will be applied to your rewards account and is able to be used towards a future order. Credit CANNOT be used for the order it is earned on - it can only be credited towards a future purchase.

All rewards credit has a 100 day expiry. You can combine credit from multiple purchases, however, all credit will expire 100 days after the date which it is earned.

 

Using Your Rewards Credit

Upon joining the Loyalty Rewards Program every customer is issued with a unique Loyalty Card Code. This is the number which holds your credit balance and must be entered on checkout when redeeming credit.

You can find your Loyalty Card Code by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on the Loyalty Rewards Program button at the bottom of the page. A pop up will then appear showing your current rewards balance, earning record and also your unique Loyalty Card Code.

 

To use your rewards credit you simply need to enter your Loyalty Card Code into the Gift card or discount code box on checkout as shown below and your rewards credit balance will be taken off the invoice total.

You are unable to partially redeem rewards credit and when you do apply it towards an order your full balance will be used.

Rewards credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

 

Checking Your Rewards Credit Balance

To check your rewards balance you will need to login to your account. Once logged in, click on the Loyalty Rewards Program button at the bottom of the page and a pop up will appear showing your current rewards balance and the dates on which all credit will expire.

The Loyalty Rewards Program commenced on 1 May 2020 and rewards have been recorded from this date. The only exception to this is the lifetime spend bonuses and all orders placed since 1 January 2019 are being included in this total.

 

Earning from Referrals

To earn referral reward credits, you will need to share your unique referral link with family and friends. If they visit the Entropy website through this link and if they make a purchase on the same session after clicking this link, you will both receive $5 credit.

You can find your referral link in the Rewards widget indicated by the star icon in the bottom left corner of the website.

Once you login to your account using this widget if you scroll down to the bottom to the referral section a unique referral link will show in green text and this is the link you copy and share with family and friends to both earn referral rewards.

 

VIP Club Expiry

With the launching of our new Loyalty Rewards Program our previous VIP Club now ceases to exist. As a goodwill gesture we have extended all previous VIP Club promotional codes to continue working until 15 May 2020, thereby allowing past members to "double dip" for two weeks. 

From 16 May 2020 the VIP Club promotion codes will no longer be valid.

Our new program has been carefully designed to ensure that we are rewarding our truly loyal customers more than ever before. Those that purchase from us occasionally will still benefit from the program but those who choose us as their preferred toy shop and purchase frequently will be rewarded for their loyalty.
