The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an initiative implemented by the Australian Government to provide funding and financial support for Australians who have significant or permanent disabilities. The scheme aims to provide all Australians who acquire a permanent disability before the age of 65 which substantially impacts upon their ability to manage everyday activities with the reasonable and necessary supports they require to lead an everyday life.
Entropy is a registered NDIS provider in all states of Australia. We provide resources specifically for the following class of support:
0103 Assistive Products - Personal Care & Safety
0112 Assistive Equipment - Recreation
0123 Assistive Products - Household Tasks
To place an NDIS order, the simpliest and quickest way is to place an online order via our website. If you require the name of the NDIS claimant and their NDIS number listed on the invoice, please ensure that you include these details in the Notes section on the cart page. Alternatively, our customer service team is available 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday AEST on 1300 480 048 for any enquiries and can also assist with placing an order over the phone if you would prefer.
If you are Self Managed:
Please place your order online through our website and pay on checkout. Immediately after purchase you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will include a link to download a copy of your PDF Tax Invoice which you can then use for your independent claim.
If you are Plan Managed:
Place your order through our website but on checkout select "NDIS Approved Payment" as your payment type. An invoice will be emailed to you to forward to your Plan Manager for payment. We only hold orders for 14 days while awaiting payment so please ensure that this is communicated to your Plan Manager as no due date will be shown on the invoice.
Your Plan Manager is responsibile for assessing whether or not the items selected are appropriate for the individual NDIS plan. Once the purchase is approved and payment is received, your order will be dispatched and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes a tracking number.
If you are NDIA Managed:
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept NDIA Managed orders right now. We hope to be back up and running soon.
1. Place your order through our website but on checkout select "NDIS Approved Payment" as your payment type.
2. Download and complete this NDIS Service Agreement Form. Once complete, please email your order number and completed form through to email@example.com
3. Once received we will lodge your order through the NDIA portal.
Please note that your order will not be processed until a completed Service Agreement Form is received.
When a plan is NDIA Manager, NDIA is responsible for assessing whether the items are appropriate for the individual NDIS plan. Once the purchase is approved, your order will be dispatched and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes a tracking number.
Please note that if you purchase products during a sale or promotion, full payment must be received before the promotion ends, otherwise the order total will revert back to standard retail pricing. Sale pricing cannot be applied to an order placed before a sale commenced and is on hold awaiting payment.
