100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase or are gifted a product for your little one and you decide prior to opening the product that it is no longer what you are after, we will happily accept a return of the product. Provided the product is returned to us in original, saleable condition, we can offer you a refund (less a small 5% handing fee) or an exchange for another product of your choosing (no handling fee applies if an exchange is selected). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In order to process the return, you will need to arrange for the product to be returned to us. We will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you ensure the parcel is very well packaged and returned back to us using a trackable shipping method so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery.
Not picking up your parcel from the Post Office and allowing it to return to sender will attract a fee. If this occurs, the additional fees charged to us by Australia Post will be deducted from your exchange/refund amount prior to processing.
If you choose to exchange for different product/s rather than a refund, these replacement product/s will be shipping to you with free standard shipping, provided there are no bulky products included.
If your original order totalled more that $250 and was shipped to you with "free shipping" and your return then brings your order total down to less than $250, your exchange/refund amount will be less the $9.95 shipping fee for orders under $250. If you return a complete order then the actual cost we incurred to ship the original order to you (which will be greater than $9.95) will be deducted from your exchange/refund prior to processing.
The Entropy 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies for 100 days commencing from the date of purchase. Products purchased at a sale or discounted price are excluded from our Satisfaction Guarantee.
For all Satisfaction Guarantee returns, please contact us in the first instance to advise what you will be returning and we will confirm the return shipping address.
IMPORTANT: ALL products returned under our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be received back in perfect condition, including the packaging. If you return an item back to us and it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging and re-packed or the packaging is ripped, damaged or has tape or any other labels affixed directly to it, we will be unable to provide you with an exchange/refund equivalent to the full purchase price. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer and do not have ready access to spare parts and packaging which means that if we receive a returned item, we can only re-sell the product as brand new if it is confirmed to be in perfect, unopened condition.
