Our new Rewards Program has arrived!
From 1 July 2022, you will receive a $50 store credit for every $500 spent at Entropy Toys!
All orders placed from 1 July 2022 will count towards your spend accumulation. You do not need to spend $500 in a single order, if you spend $50 on 10 different orders, they will all accumulate until you reach the next $500 threshold and we will email you another $50 store credit.
In order to be a part of our Rewards Program and receive your store credit, you must remain subscribed to our mailing list as all store credits are issued automatically by email.
Store credit can be redeemed online or in store. Your unique store credit code must be entered on checkout to redeem online and if redeeming in store, you must be able to provide your exact code when finalising payment (a print out or screen shot of the code both work well).
All store credit is issued with a 120 day expiry and is unable to be re-activated once expired. A minimum $99 spend is required when redeeming a $50 store credit.
If you have made a purchase from us, you will be automatically included on our Rewards Program mailing list unless you have elected to unsubscribe from Entropy emails. If you have elected to unsubscribe at any point in the past, you will need to re-join our mailing list by entering your details into the form at the bottom of this page.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Store credit is unable to be combined and every $50 code must be redeemed on a separate order as only one code can be used per order.
- Spend totals are unable to be merged between accounts and email addresses.
- Store credit cannot be used against the purchase which earns it. Credit can only be applied to future purchases.
- Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Credit is non-transferrable and cannot be merged between accounts.
- Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Store credit will be received by email and may take up to 48 hours to be received in your inbox.
- If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will not receive any store credits. Store credits are unable to be issued manually or retrospectively.
- Rewards credit cannot be applied to any order where the code has not been entered into the discount box on checkout. The rewards allocation and usage process is fully automated and our customer service team is unable to assist with applying credits after the checkout process has been completed.
- Shipping fees cannot be adjusted on any order where a rewards credit has been used. This includes requests to refund shipping charges in order to combine orders for shipping purposes. We may from time to time combine orders for shipping if they are being shipped to the same address, however, we will not refund any shipping charges on an order where a rewards credit has been used.
- We are unable to take orders over the phone to redeem rewards credit. Redeeming rewards credit can only be undertaken by placing an online order.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in rewards credit allocation at any time.
- The Entropy Rewards Program replaces our former VIP Club and Loyalty Rewards Program, effective from 1 July 2022.
