Our shop and warehouse are now closed for the Christmas break so our staff can spend some much needed time off with their families. Any orders placed after 12pm on 24 December will be shipped from Monday 6 January 2020.
Any express orders placed over this period will also be shipped from this date but will be prioritised for dispatch and moved to the top of the queue.
Should your order not be delivered by 5pm on 24 December 2019 AND you have placed your order inside of our Pre-Christmas Cut-Off dates as noted above, we will refund your shipping charge paid upon request. Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post and couriers once parcels leave our warehouse but we will do all we reasonably can to assist with following up on your delivery status if it is delayed. Should you choose to return your order for a refund then our standard Satisfaction Guarantee conditions will apply and return shipping will be at your cost.
We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for all orders over $180 (excluding limited bulky products). Orders totalling less that $180 are charged a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge.
Bulky Product Shipping
If the product you are purchasing is a bulky product for shipping purposes, this will be clearly explained in a notation in the Product Description. Where this is the case, a separate shipping charge will be applied to this product on checkout. You will be shown the shipping rate prior to any payment information being required.
The bulky shipping rates shown on checkout are what we are charged by Australia Post or the courier and are based on the total shipping weight of the product and your delivery postcode.
Express shipping will be shown as an option on checkout for most orders. If one of the products you are purchasing is excessively bulky and/or may be shipped from our supplier's warehouse then express shipping will not show as an option.
If express shipping is not showing as an option on checkout but you require your order ASAP, please contact us and we will advise what we can do to assist.
Signature on Delivery
We offer the option to select signature on delivery or NO signature on delivery for all orders. If you select NO signature on delivery, we cannot be held responsible for an order that is not successfully delivered when we have provided you with a tracking number for the order.
If you choose not to have signature on delivery, then this selection is at your own risk. Whilst loss of parcels is rare, it can occur and we cannot be held responsible for replacement or reimbursement when you have selected to not require signature on delivery. We do not charge any extra for having a signature required on your parcel. We therefore strongly recommend selecting signature on delivery for all orders.
We also reserve the right to add signature on delivery to any parcel which we deem to be high value or which may have been flagged as a higher risk order by our payments system.
We mostly use Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers and Star Track for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. This tracking number is scanned during the delivery process and you will be able to track the delivery status using the tracking number.
Some large and bulky products may be shipped directly from our supplier. When this is the case, a tracking number is not always available. It will be noted on the product description if a product may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers rather than our warehouse. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery if the order is not coming directly from Elf HQ (our warehouse).
We endeavour to have all orders placed before 10am shipped on the same business day. During peak period (i.e. a sale event or November/December), please allow up to 2-3 business days for dispatch. Express orders will always be prioritised and shipped within 24 business hours of receipt.

At Entropy we try to be as environmentally friendly and conscious as possible. If you have a large order it may be packaged in a box that we have recycled from a supplier. Be assured that if you have chosen the free gift wrapping option then your purchase will be beautifully wrapped within this external packaging.
If you have purchased a large product and a few smaller products, if it is safe to do so, the smaller products may be packed in the box together with the larger product.
We offer a free gift wrapping service for most items, although some large items are excluded. If gift wrapping is available, it will appear above the Add to Cart button on the product page for selection.
We send many, many parcels as gifts and our Elves would love to help you out with your next gift purchase! To ship an order directly to the recipient, on the checkout page simply enter your details under the Billing Information address and the recipient's details under the Shipping Information address and we will ship the order directly to them. We only include packing slips (not invoices) with our parcels so you can be comfortable knowing the lucky gift recipient will not know the value of their gift.
