We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for all orders over $180. Orders totalling less that $180 are charged a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge.
We mostly use Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers and Star Track for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. This tracking number is scanned during the delivery process and the delivery status information can then be viewed.
Some large and bulky products may be shipped directly from our supplier. When this is the case, a tracking number is not always available.
Orders under 500 grams are usually sent with Australia Post eParcel Express. This means delivery to major cities is normally overnight, or at most 2 days. Regional areas may take a day longer.
Orders between 500g and 5kg are sent with Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers or Star Track. If you request signature on delivery we will normally use Australia Post eParcel or Fastway Couriers. Please note that these are road delivery services and generally take longer than express services. If you do not require signature on delivery we will normally send your order with Star Track, which is an overnight service to most cities in Australia.
If your order is over 5kg in weight (including cubic weight), it will be delivered using Australia Post eParcel or Fastway Couriers.
Once despatched, delivery times are outside our control. If you are at all unsure about an item arriving in time please contact us or leave a note at checkout letting our Elves know when the order is required by. We will always do our best to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible, and if we have a date to work with this helps us achieve that.
We do not offer express shipping as a separate delivery option as most orders are automatically shipped on an express service in any case. If you would like your order to arrive in the shortest amount of time possible, ensure that it is likely to fit into a 5kg shipping satchel and also provide a delivery address where the parcel can be safely left if no-one is home.

At Entropy we try to be environmentally friendly. If you have a large order it may be packaged in a box that we have recycled from a supplier. Be assured that if you have chosen the free gift wrapping option that your purchase will be beautifully wrapped within this external packaging.
If you have purchased a large product and a few smaller products, if it is safe to do so the smaller products may be packed in the box together with the larger product. If this is the case, it will usually be noted on your packing slip.
We offer a free gift wrapping service for most items, although some large items are excluded. If gift wrapping is available, it will appear above the Add to Cart button on the product page for selection.
We send many, many parcels as gifts and our Elves would love to help you out with your next gift purchase! To ship an order directly to the recipient, on the checkout page simply enter your details under the Billing Information address and the recipient's details under the Shipping Information address and we will ship the order directly to them. We only include packing slips (not invoices) with our parcels so you can be comfortable knowing the lucky gift receiver will not know what has been spent.
