In using this website you agree and accept that Entropy is in no way legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer, purchases made on the website or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and Entropy shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or a third party.
A transaction is not considered to have taken place until full payment has been received.
All prices shown on the Entropy website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Packaging of products may differ from that which is shown in product images.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price and pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you and/or do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will treat the order as cancelled and provide a full refund for the order.
Promotions & Discounts
Any promotions offered by Entropy are at the sole discretion of the company. Promotions may be ended or adjusted at any time without notice. We cannot be held liable or responsible for any discount codes shown on another source aside from our direct website (this includes social media channels as expired promotional offers may still appear in old posts and feeds). All current offers will be emailed to our mailing list and/or shown as a banner on the homepage of our website with clear validity dates.
In the event that there is a discrepancy in offer terms between different marketing mediums, the Terms & Conditions of the offer as noted on a banner on our website homepage are to be considered the true and correct offering and apply over anything that is noted elsewhere if a discrepancy does exist.
All promotions are valid for the noted validity dates noted on our direct website or in emails sent directly by Entropy only. We offer all promotions in good faith for the benefit of our customers and promotions cannot be extended (for purchases made either pre or post promotion) under any circumstances.
All items are delivered using Australia Post or reputable courier companies.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied is correct and free from errors. Entropy cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive as a result of an incorrect delivery address being provided. We will on-charge to the customer all fees and additional shipping costs as charged to us in order to re-deliver the order.
Refunds & Returns
You will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation. In most cases, this legislation is the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
If you believe that the product you have received is faulty or has been misrepresented, you will need to email us complete details about the issue you have identified and also attach photos showing the issue you describe. We will contact you upon receipt of your information and advise the next course of action. You must notify us of any product that is found to be faulty or not as advertised in writing within 7 days of having received the product. Claims for refunds made outside these time periods may be declined by us, subject to relevant legislation. It is at Entropy’s sole discretion whether a replacement part, replacement product or refund will be offered to resolve the fault or misrepresentation.
In some cases, we may request that you return the product to us for review. Where this is the case, we will usually provide you with a prepaid satchel to return the product or faulty piece to us. However, exact arrangements will be made on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused, subject to relevant legislative provisions.
After reviewing all of the information and photos provided and/or assessing the condition of the returned product and its packaging, and if your refund is approved, you will receive notification confirming that your claim has been accepted. If a replacement part or replacement product is to be shipped, this will be done so as soon as possible after the claim has been accepted. For any refunds, we endeavour to process them within 7 days of the claim being accepted via the same payment method used to purchase the product. When a refund is approved, this will be for the total product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Competition and Consumer Act
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Entropy’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: supplying of the goods to services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Queensland and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Entropy that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Entropy operates as trustee for the Clifton Park Enterprises Trust (ABN 17 495 421 881) from Shop 1, 11 Christine Place, Capalaba QLD 4157, Australia.
Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using this website to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible If you choose to use this website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Entropy’s rights and obligations to each other.

These Terms & Conditions represent the whole agreement between you and Entropy concerning your use and access to the Entropy website and your use and access to the documents and information on it. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms except those implied by statute and which cannot be expressly excluded.
